aboutus
The Evans Broadie Achievement Award Association (EBAAA) is a 501(c)(3) Organization. EBAAA was established in 2007 to “assist high school students” with Scholarships to help reduce their college expenses, and to honor the Life of Bryan Broadie (an exceptional student-athlete, whose life was taken suddenly by street violence). In 1959, Bryan Broadie was the 1st Black Athlete to “break the color barrier” in Lanham’s Boy’s Club, in Lanham, MD, playing baseball and basketball. For Five (5) consecutive years, Bryan represented the Lanham’s Boy’s Club in the Regional Finals of the ‘Punt, Pass, and Kick Competition’. EBAAA invites you to join us in our efforts to provide College Scholarships to deserving High School Students. For More Information, contact Derrick Broadie, EBAAA Director at: ebaafoundation@comcast.net.
